Fees & Costs

We offer an inexpensive (or, in some cases, free) consultation. After consultation, we can give you an estimate of the fees and costs associated with your case.

Contingent Fees

In some cases, we offer a contingent fee arrangement. While you remain responsible for costs, we only charge if you actually recover, based on a predetermined percentage of your recovery. We offer such arrangements in the following cases:

  Workers' Comp
  Personal Injury
  Collection Matters

Hourly Fee

My rate is $150 per hour.

Prior to engaging us to represent you in hourly fee cases, we require a retainer, which is an advance payment of the fees and costs that may be incurred in your case. The retainer is held in a trust account until the fees and costs are actually incurred. The amount of the retainer varies on a case by case basis.
